The meanings of the key terms used in these Terms are described below:

• "Platform" refers to the crixo website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "you" refers to any adult registered on the platform.

• "Account" refers to your personal registered profile on the platform.

The approved payment methods for depositing funds on crixo are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. No other payment methods are accepted.

• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing via a third-party payment account is prohibited.
• Deposit processing is generally instant.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests typically take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

crixo offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers required to meet the wagering requirement.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirements are met.
• crixo reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 Game Fairness
